Human resource management enables positive developments in both productivity and the quality of work life by using various criteria related to the workforce. When we examine the elements within the scope of Human Resource Management Systems, HRM can be divided into the following components in terms of function. Finding employees who meet the current and future needs of your business and determining their suitability is a critical process for companies. Simpan's primary goal is to quickly identify suitable personnel and select the most suitable ones, providing human resources support and consulting services.
Services provided by SİMPA are structured in two stages.
1. a- Eleman seçme ve işe yerleştirme:
At your company SİMPA, a detailed analysis will be conducted on the duties, titles, and profiles of the employees working or to be hired. Subsequently, job postings will be prepared to reach individuals with the required qualifications. These job postings will be published on SİMPA's own website, as well as on all human resources platforms it is a member of and e-groups. Following these efforts, reports on selected candidates will be presented to you. Based on these reports, interviews with candidates that company officials wish to meet will be organized by SİMPA. Once a suitable candidate is hired, rejection responses will be communicated to eliminated candidates by SİMPA.
b- Ön eleme, Mülakat ve Görüşme Organizasyonu
SİMPA ilana başvuran adayları ön elemeden geçirdikten sonra uygun görünen adaylar ile mülakat yapacaktır. Bu aşamada SİMPA, adayların aranılan kriterlere sahip olup olmadığını ve işe yönelik motivasyonunu irdeleyecektir. Mülakattan geçen adaylar işletmenizin ilgili birimine raporlanacaktır.
c- Mülakat Organizasyonu
Officials reviewing reports on candidates approved by SİMPA will identify individuals for interviews. Interviews with approved candidates will be organized by SİMPA on behalf of your company.
2. Bordrolama hizmeti:
The selected personnel will be employed by SİMPA as chosen by you. The personnel in question will adhere to the rules and discipline set by your company (working hours, dress code, etc).
a- Personel:
From the onboarding process to the exit interview, all procedures will be handled by SİMPA. Monthly payroll, legal procedures under the Social Security Law No. 5510, Labor Law No. 4857, and Tax Procedure Law will be managed by SİMPA throughout the employment period.
